[ the duo: malosetti-goldman ]

The Duo's approach finds its roots in folk and popular music.
This Duo makes a special ensemble, not only due to the instruments involved but also to the music it does. In this sense, the duo makes an original undertaking that also succeeds in exploring the possibilities made available by this format. The way to do so is also singular, as it brings together elements from folklore and jazz, also exploring composition. Moreover, the performance adds an important share of technique and care for good music.

The proposal made by Raul Malosetti (guitar) and Rolando Goldman (charango) was created in August, 1996. They have been making numerous performances since then on the main stages of the City of Buenos Aires, as well as tours all around the country.

Currently, they are introducing their first CD "Vamos de Vuelta", edited by B&M discographic firm. "Vamos de Vuelta" exhibits an aesthetic proposal ignoring supposedly commercial music parameters, adding sincere respect for essentially popular music, instead.
